We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If for any reason, you are not happy with the merchandise you buy from us, you can return it to us unused in “as purchased” condition within 20 days from the date of invoice.
Please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an authorization. For faster service, please also email customer name, invoice number, order number and nature of the problem.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges only on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to us within 15 days from the invoice date for replacement or exchange.
Once your return is processed, we will credit or refund the value of the product you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
